Q – What's the latest time I can place an order if I want it tomorrow?

A – We ship all shirts within 5 days of payment. Any special orders please contact us. All shirts are sent 1st class, unless you require the use of a courier..price on application.

Q - I can't find the size of T-shirt I want, will you be getting any more sizes in stock?

A - We often re-stock designs, so if you have a query regarding an item/size which isn't available on our website, please email" Please quote the name and description of the item you are enquiring about. We aim to reply to enquiries within 24 hours (Monday to Sunday).

Q What cards do you accept?

A - There are logos displayed on the bottom of our homepage of all the cards we currently accept. This is processed through World Pay,an increadibly secure and easy way of making a payment.

Q - I'm trying to pay by credit card, but it's not working?

A - This could be because the type of card being used is not accepted by our secure payment partner Worldpay. Logos of all the cards accepted are at the bottom of our homepage. If you continue to experience problems order, please email us at

Q - Can I pay over the phone?

A - No, unfortunately, we do not take payments over the phone.

Q - I need some advice before ordering, can I speak to someone?

Q - Will I get charged extra for postage if I want to exchange something?

A - No, stolli clothing will not charge additional postage for exchanges

Q - How quickly will my exchanged goods be sent?

A - Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of receipt and posted via 1st class Royal Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot send exchanged items via Next Day delivery.

Q - I've sent an item(s) back for refund, how soon will my card be credited?

A - Returned items will be processed/checked in within 3 working days. We aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within 7 working days, but during busier periods this may take slightly longer (maximum of 30 days). As soon as your refund is issued back to your card you will receive an automatic email confirming this. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.

Q - I sent an item back for exchange but I haven't received my replacement.

A - It is possible that we may have tried to contact you regarding this and may have emailed you. For example, if we were unable to send you an alternative size (due to an item being out of stock) we would have emailed you; our email may have been swept up by your spam/junk mail filter. Q - A friend bought me a T-shirt, which I want to exchange, but I don't have a receipt.

A - Send the T-shirt back to us with details of your friend's name, address and email address (if possible). Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you and a note explaining what you would like to exchange it for.

Q - I want to return an item for exchange/refund but I can't send it back within the 14-day returns period.

A - If you are unable to return an item within the 14-day returns period please email Include your Invoice Number or Order Number, name, email and contact telephone number and a brief note explaining your circumstances and when you will be able to return the goods to us.


Please return damaged goods to us within 10 days of purchase.
Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice and send the invoice, item and moreTvicar cotton bag to our returns address. If you have been sent a damaged item MoreTvicar will refund postage and packaging paid on the original order directly to your card. The correct T-shirt will be despatched to you within 3 working days (stock permitting) of receipt by stolli clothing.
